Embrace the Silence – Eucharistic Adoration Begins In the New Chapel Monday 2/12th

We are delighted to share with you the joyous news that our new Eucharistic Adoration Chapel will open its doors for silent adoration starting Monday, February 12th.
As we begin this new chapter of adoration at our parish in encountering the healing presence of Jesus amidst our trials through the peace that can be found in the silence, the profound words of Cardinal Robert Sarah comes to mind,
“Christ lived for thirty years in silence. Then, during His public life, He withdrew to the desert to listen to and speak with His Father. The world vitally needs those who go off into the desert because God speaks in silence.”

Before we begin, let us keep the following guidelines in mind.
- Silent Adoration Chapel. This will be a silent space. Let us be the ones who heed the call to “go off into the desert” and embrace the silence where God speaks. In this sacred space, find solace and connection with the Divine through silent prayer.
- Respecting Sacred Spaces. As you enter this sanctuary, please refrain from touching the statues or placing items on them or the wooden ledge.
- Adoration Hours. There will be some interruptions this week, February 12 through the 16th, as we finish some last minute touches on the chapel. Join us Monday through Friday, following the 8am Mass until 10pm. Please note that on Wednesdays during the 12pm Mass, there will be no adoration. And on Wednesday evenings during MAGNIFY from 7pm to 8:30pm, adoration will take place inside the church.
- Please Sign-In Every time You Visit Jesus. Familiarize yourself with the sign-in process by watching the following tutorial video. I would like to emphasize the importance of signing in for both committed adorers and visitors to ensure a smooth operation of the chapel. Signing in helps us track attendance and ensure someone is always present with Jesus, for we cannot leave Him alone.

My prayer is that you find comfort in laying your burdens before the Lord in the sacred sanctuary of our new Adoration Chapel.

Join us for the Dedication of the Eucharistic Adoration Chapel by Bishop Hicks on Sunday, immediately following the 12pm Mass. The ceremony will be followed by a delightful cake and coffee reception. Let us celebrate this momentous occasion together as a community.
